Before you write
- Problem with something you bought? Contact the merchant who sold it — they hold your order and issue refunds, and they can act faster than we can. Then tell us, so we know.
- Want off the list? The unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email works immediately. If it doesn't, email privacy@ and we'll remove you by hand.
- Building something and stuck? We can point you at material, but we can't advise on your specific build — get a licensed professional for anything involving plumbing into your home or electrical work.
